ITALIAN PASTA SAUCE
First thing i do is take the pot I am going to use and add Extra Virgin Olive oil to the pot. I then take ribs and italian sausage and braciole and brown the meet in the pain till its done on both sides, then take all of the meat out.
I then add chopped up onions and garlic, let it brown for a bit, then i add tomato paste so it will add some thickness to the sauce. Then add some red wine. Then i add 8 jars of Italian tomatoes and stir everything up. I let the sauce simmer for about 1 hour then i added all the meat and let it simmer for about 4 hours. Thats how to sauce will get all the flavor.
Cook your pasta of choice and add the sauce and enjoy.
